摘要
采用熔融拉挤工艺技术制备了长玻璃纤维增强增韧尼龙(PA)66粒料。实验结果表明,长玻璃纤维增强增韧PA66具有拉伸强度大、弯曲强度大、冲击强度高、成型收缩率小等优异性能,其力学性能超过短玻璃纤维增强增韧PA66的性能,达到了汽车专用料标准要求。
Long glass fiber reinforced polyamide 6,6 ( LFF-PA66 ) pellets applied as automobile composites were prepared by the melt pultrusion manufacturing processing. The results showed that the reinforced and toughed LFF-PA66 (33.61wt% , 40.76wt% ) composites have good tensile strength, flexural strength, high impact strength and low shrinkage ratio. The mechanical properties of LFT-PA66 were remarkably superior to that of the SFT-PA66, and it reached the standard of the special compound for auto.
