真鲷与黑鲷杂交繁育技术研究

Study on the Hybrid Propagation Between Red Sea Bream and Black Porgy

2006年3月从海区选购真鲷、黑鲷亲鱼,通过强化培育,性腺促熟,于4月开展真鲷♀×黑鲷♂及黑鲷♀×真鲷♂,结果真鲷♀×黑鲷♂受精率为87.4%,孵化率为85%,出苗率14.28%;黑鲷♀×真鲷♂受精率为92.1%,孵化率为90%,出苗率7.2%,共获得正交反交杂交鱼苗32 000尾。

The parent fish were chose and cultivated and the test was carried out during April 2006.The result was as the following:the rate of fertilization,hatch and seeding was 87.4 percent,85 percent and 14.28 percent respectively between the female red sea bream and the male black porgy,and that between the female black porgy and the male red sea bream was 92.1 percent,90 percent and 7.2 percent respectively.There were 32 000 fries had been harvested.
