摘要
介绍了土压平衡盾构机推进液压系统的设计,主要内容包括液压系统的参数计算、液压原理图的设计以及插装阀集成块的设计。该系统应用电液比例控制技术实现了推进力和位移的控制;采用二通插装阀技术实现了高压、大流量液压控制系统的集成;利用Solidworks软件对插装阀集成块进行三维实体建模、装配、并转化为二维CAD工程图,提高了设计效率。
The design of thrust hadraulie system for the earth pressure balance shield tunneling machine was introduced, including the main parameters caculation, the design of hydraulic system principle, and the integrated plug-in mounting valve pieces. The electro-hydraulic proportional control technique was used to controll thrust pressure and thrust displacement, the 2-way cartridge valve technique was used to assembly hydraulic control valve in the high pressure and high flow hydraulic system. Solidworks software was used to build the model of integration pieces, assemble them, and change them into CAD engineering diagnum, which improves the design efficiency.
