摘要
提出了一种应用线结构光光源和CCD摄像机对工件台阶特征尺寸进行视觉测量的方法。该方法针对线结构光光平面受工件表面台阶形状调制时发生的形变,利用较高精度的视觉测量系统和算法检测出形变位置从而实现工件台阶特征尺寸的测量。详细阐述了测量系统的原理和系统构建过程,介绍了测量中采用的形变位置亚像素检测算法,并利用实验说明了系统具有较高的测量重复性及准确性。通过台阶测距误差评定实验表明,该方法的测量误差小于0.05 mm。
A precise way of using linear structured light source and CCD image sensor to measure the shoulder characteristic size of workpieces was introduced. The high precision measuring system and the core algorithm were put forward to test the deformation of the light plane when the light meets the shoulder surfaces of workpieces. The measuring principle and the building process of the system were described. The core sub-pixel algorithms were proposed to locate the deformation of the structured light in order to enhance the final precision. The experiments demonstrate the high repeatability and accuracy of the system. The experiments of accuracy estimation show the measuring precision could reach 0. 05 mm.
