系统地综述了协商理论与方法中的一些基本问题和研究状况 ,评述了相关文献 ,从几个方面提出了协商理论与方法的发展趋势 ,特别指出非效用偏好协商理论与方法和多目标协商理论与方法及其结合可能是协商理论与方法今后研究的主要领域 ,不完全信息问题是各种协商理论与方法研究的重要内容 .全文分上下两篇 。

In this paper,some basic problems in bargaining theory and methodology are systematically summarized.The situation of study and the literature concerned forbargaining theory and methodolo- gy are reviewed.The developing tendency of bargaining theory and methodology is discussed from dif- ferent aspects.Especially,this paper shows thatthe bargaining of non- utility preference and of mul- tiobjective should be theimportantfields and thatincomplete information problems bemain contentto be studied for bargaining theory and methodology.This paper is divided two parts.Here is partΙΙ.
