摘要
借鉴生物免疫反馈响应过程的调节作用和模糊推理逻辑可逼近非线性函数的特性,提出将模糊免疫PID控制策略应用到燃气退火炉温度控制系统中;利用S型阶跃响应曲线方法,得到退火炉的近似数学模型,对控制过程进行仿真实验,依据仿真数据进行真实的温度控制实验。实验结果表明:模糊免疫PID的控制方案具有较好的鲁棒性和自适应能力,能够较好地实现对炉膛内温度实时控制。
According to the adjustment function of biological immune feedback response procedure and characteristic of approaching nonlinear function with fuzzy inference logic, fuzzy immune PID control strategy was presented to apply in the temperature control system of natural gas-heated furnace. An approximate mathematical model of the annealing furnace was obtained by using S type stepresponse curve. Some simulation experiments were made, and based on simulation data several real temperature control experiments were made. Experimental results show that the control scheme of fuzzy immune PID has better property of robust and self-adaptive capacity than the others, and it can realize real-time control of the furnace temperature preferably.
