摘要
对M2110系列内圆磨床进行改造,实现了内孔磨削的在线实时测控。该磨床的测控系统采用了磨削内孔测量仪完成内孔尺寸在线监测,由具有串行功能的TLC1542进行采样并通过单片机系统控制细分步进电机系统,完成内圆磨头的进给运动。改造后的机床可实现对φ20~φ100mm的内孔尺寸在线实时测控。其尺寸偏差可控制在±0.005mm之内。该测控系统配置了CAN总线接口,能对磨削数据进行远程传输。这项技术提高了机床加工精度和生产效率。
The on-line real-time measurement and control of internal diameter grinding was realized by rebuilding the internal grinder M2110. The measurement and control system of the internal grinder uses the grinding internal diameter measurement instrument to realize the on-line control of hole size, uses the TLC1542 ADC with serial function to sample and uses the single chip computer to control the subdivision step motor system and complete the feeding motion of the grinding head. The rebuilded internal grinder can realize the real-time measurement and control of φ20-φ100mm internal diameter and can control the tolerance inside ±0. 005mm. The CAN field bus was configured to the measurement-control systems so that the remote transmission of the grinding data can be realized.
