摘要
利用OpenGL技术和Linux环境下的Qt软件实现了该环境下的数控代码的轨迹仿真。通过对NC代码信息进行读取、解释及处理,提取出仿真所需的信息,并根据这些信息利用OpenGL绘制出NC代码轨迹的仿真图形,从而实时、高效、直观地验证加工代码的正确性。同时由于Qt软件和OpenGL都具有跨平台性,从而使研究嵌入式系统下的数控代码仿真成为可能。
By using OpenGL technology and Qt software in Linux, the trajectory simulation of NC code was studied. By extracting, explaining and processing the NC code, the information for simulating was got, and the graph of trajectory simulation was drawn using OpenGL. It can verify the correctness of NC code real time, fast and intuitively. The Qt software and OpenGL can run in many platforms, which makes it possible to study the trajectory simulation of NC code in embedded system.
