摘要
为了对乳化液泵的特性进行研究,在AMESim中建立RBW315/31.5型乳化液泵液压系统模型,对吸排液阀的开启、关闭过程及腔内压力的变化和冲击现象进行了研究分析,基于AMESim的液压系统仿真研究,物理意义明晰,分析灵活方便,对于分析研究乳化液泵的性能具有重要意义。
In order to study the characteristic of emulsion pump, the model of RBW315/31.5 emulsion pump was established in AMESim. The openning and closing of inlet valve and outlet valve, the cavity pressure changing, the impact of the phenomenon were researched. Because of its clear physical concept and flexible analysis and research, simulation on emulsion pump characteristic based on AMESim is more conveninent.
