摘要
介绍以单片机PIC18F4515控制模块为核心的电动机保护器的设计。分析了电机常见故障的特征以及采样算法;设计了硬件电路,编写了相应的软件程序;保护器实现了过载、堵转、短路、相失衡、缺相等电机故障保护;该保护器能最大限度地保证设备的可靠性和安全性,且具有体积小、结构紧凑和安装方便的优点。
A motor protector based on PIC18F4515 CPU was introduced. The common faults in motors and sampling algorithm were discussed, the hardware circuits was designed and the software was programmed. The device can achieve following functions, such as overload protection, block up protection, short-circuit protection, phase imbalance protection, lacked phase protection and so on. The motor protector can ensure reliability and safety of the equipment by the greatest extent, with small volume, close structure and convenient installation.
