石榴皮提取液、浓缩液、冷干粉末及石榴皮软膏的体外抑菌试验 被引量:14

摘要 目的:观察石榴皮提取液、浓缩液、冷干粉末及软膏的体外抗菌活性。方法:采用纸片法和试管稀释法进行体外药效学研究。结果:石榴皮提取液、浓缩液、冷干粉末及软膏对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌的抑菌圈直径分别在23.5~11.6mm之间,最小抑菌浓度(MIC)在2500~78.1μg/ml之间,最小杀菌浓度(MBC)在5000~156.3μg/ml之间。结论:石榴皮提取液、浓缩液、冷干粉末及软膏均具有较好的体外抗菌活性。 Objective: To study the antibacterial activity in vitro of extract, concentrated liquid, freeze-drying power and Pomegranate rind ointment. Methods: Kirby-Bauer method and tube dilution method were employed for the pharmacodynamics study in vitro of extract, concentrated liquid, freeze-drying power and Pomegranate rind ointment. Results: The diameters of Inhibition zone were 23.5-11.6 mm. The minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC) was 2 500-78. 1μg/ml and the minimal bacteriacidal concentrations (MBC) was 5 000-156.3μg/ml for Staphylococcus aureus and E. coll. Conclusion.. Extract, concentrated liquid, freeze-drying power and Pomegranate rind ointment have a good antifungal activity in vitro.
