摘要
目的:建立维吾尔制剂巴迪然吉布亚(香青兰)颗粒中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法:用60%乙醇水浴回流提取2h,以芦丁为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法在波长500nm处测定总黄酮含量。结果:本法在60min内吸收稳定,平均回收率为99.93%,线性范围为2~23μg/ml(r=0.9996),含量为15.92mg/g。结论:该方法简便、准确、稳定性好、灵敏度高,可作为巴迪然吉布亚颗粒中总黄酮含量测定的质量控制方法之一。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of total flavonoid in Uygur medicinal preparation-Badiranjibuya Granule. Method: We extracted the total flavonoid by 60% of ethanol for two hours in waterbath, used rutin as a reference substance, used UV spectrophotometer in wavelength of 500 nm for content determination of flavonoids. Result: The method was stable in 60 minute, the average recovery rate was 99.93%. The linear range was 2-23μg/ml (r =0. 999 6), the flavonoid content was 15.92 mg/g. Conclusion: This method was simple accurate and sensitive. It can be used effectively for the quality control of this preparation.
