乌鲁木齐市血液中心检验科影响检测质量因素的多重线性回归分析

摘要 目的:探讨影响乌鲁木齐市血液中心检验科检测质量的关键因素。方法:对乌鲁木齐市血液中心检验科7个月的酶联免疫检测结果及其与实验有关的各影响因素进行多重线性回归分析。结果:9种指标与实验结果密切相关,实验结果的总符合率是反映检测质量的指标。多重线性回归分析共有4个因素进入回归方程,分别为试剂是否平衡、洗液是否每次更换、标本不符合要求率及实验室湿度。多重线性回归模型为y^=94.427+2.224X1+1.530X2-0.020X3+0.097X4。结论:试剂是否平衡、洗液是否每次更换、及实验室湿度与检测质量呈正相关,标本不符合要求率与检测质量呈负相关,标本不符合率愈高,检测质量愈低。 Objective: Discuss the key factors and relevance which impact the testing quality of the Urumqi Blood Center laboratory. Methods: Using the test results in seven months of the enzyme-linked test and the related experiment-related factors of Urumqi City Blood Center, then we conducted the multiple linear regression analysis. Results: The nine indicators are closely related with the experimental results, the coincidence rate of results is to reflect the quality indicators. There are four factors entered the multiple linear regression analysis, named as: reagents balance time, lotion changes every time, whether the samples meet the requirements of specimens and laboratory humidity. Multiple linear regression model is y= 94. 427+2. 224X1 +1. 530X2-0. 020X3+0. 097X4. Conclusions: The testing quality of humidity was positively correlated with whether the reagent was balance, the lotion was replaced every time. The testing quality of the rate was in negative correlation with the samples which do not meet the requirements, the more samples do not meet the requirements, the lower the testing quality would be.
