蓝/黄视野与白/白视野检查在慢性青光眼视野缺损诊断检查中的对比分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨蓝/黄视野检查(blue-on-yellow perimetry,BYP)在青光眼视野缺损诊断检查中的准确性。方法:对30例53眼可疑青光眼患者、82例110眼慢性青光眼患者(早期32例46眼、中期26例33眼、晚期24例31眼)分别行BYP和白/白视野检查(White-on-White perimetry,WWP)。将两种检查的视野阈值结果进行对比相关分析。结果:30例53眼可疑青光眼患者中,BYP检查轻度早期视野缺损共6眼(11.32%);慢性青光眼患者中,BYP检查视野缺损面积较WWP检查扩大者早期31眼(67.39%)、中期11眼(33.33%),晚期青光眼两种检查方法视野缺损范围基本一致;WWP检查视野缺损面积较BYP检查扩大者早期4眼(8.7%)。可疑青光眼及早、中、晚期青光眼患者在中心30°视野59个检查点中,具有统计学意义的相关点所占比例分别为:(11/59)8.64%、(13/59)22.03%、(33/59)55.93%、(48/59)81.36%。结论:蓝/黄视野检查在青光眼视野缺损诊断检查中具有较好的准确性。 Objective: To evaluate the accurateness and sensitivity of blue-on-yellow perimetry (BYP) in detecting the glaucoma visual field defect. Methods: 30 cases (53 eyes) of suspected glaucoma and 82 cases (110 eyes include early glaucoma 46 eyes, moderate glaucoma 33 eyes, advanced glaucoma 31 eyes) of chronic glaucoma were tested by BYP and white-on-white perimetry (WWP) respectively. Then the comparing and correlating analysis of visual field thresholds were made. Results: In suspected glaucoma, BYP detected 6 eyes (11.32%) with early glaucoma defect, 31 eyes of early glaucoma (67.39%) and 11 eyes of moderate glaucoma (33.33%) exhibited larger deficits with BYP respectively and 4 eyes of early glaucoma (8.7%) exhibited larger deficits with WWP. In advanced glaucoma, The deficits with BYP is almost same to the WWP. Within the 59 points of the 30° central visual field, The correlation visual field threshold points of suspected glaucoma, early glaucoma, moderate glaucoma and advanced glaucoma between BYP andWWPare (11/59)81 64%, (13/59)22.03%, (33/59)55. 93% , (48/59)81.36% respectively. Conclusion: The BYP showed fairly accurate in detecting the visual field defect in chronic glaucoma.
