经直肠超声评价光子治疗前列腺增生症的临床研究

The Application of Transrectal Ultrasound on the Photon Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy

目的探讨光子治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)超声评价指标的价值。方法采用经直肠彩色多普勒血流显像(TRUS)观察30例BPH患者光子治疗12个月后的前列腺超声表现。结果30例前列腺总体积、内腺体积、内外腺厚度之比(It/Et)、内外腺宽度之比(Iw/Ew)、移行带指数(TZI)、尿道前列腺动脉收缩期峰值速度(Vs)、阻力指数(RI)于治疗后均有显著下降(P<0.05)。结论TRUS是唯一能同时为BPH非手术治疗效果评价提供客观的形态学和血流动力学指标的无创检查方法,其中It/Et、Iw/Ew是最佳形态学指标,RI是最敏感血流动力学指标。

Objective To investigate the ultrasonic evaluation indexes of the photon treatment effect on the benign prostate hyperplasia （BPH）. Methods Observed the ultrasonic appearance of 30 eases of benign prostate hyperplasia （BPH） which were treated with photon therapy by transreetal ultrasound （TRUS）. Results After the treatment,the prostatic volume,innergland volume,thickness proportion between internal and external gland （It/Et） ,width proportion between internal and external gland （Iw/Ew ） ,transition zone index （TZI） and the systolic vdoeity （VS） and resistant index （RI） of the urethal-prostate artery were signifieandy decreased in 29 eases （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion TRUS is the only noninvasive way to evaluate the morphology and hemodynamles of the non-operative treatment effeet of BPH. The It/Et , Iw/Ew are the best morphology indexes,the RI is the most sensitive hemodynamies index.
