摘要
目的研究中学生心理问题早期干预效果。方法应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、父母养育方式评价量表(EMBU)进行测定,以群体抽样的方法,抽取本市8个班508名中学生为研究对象,随机选取其中4个班248人为干预组,4个班260人为对照组,对干预组中学生心理问题早期干预效果进行前瞻性研究,时间为18个月。结果干预组心理问题检出率为18.99%,对照组为18.11%,两年后分别为9.57%和16.12%,干预组显著降低(P<0.05),而对照组降低则无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预组干预后各因子分除焦虑、抑郁、恐怖、精神病性外,其余各项因子分显著降低差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后父母养育方式量表因子得分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期干预能有效减少中学生心理问题发生。
Objective The study based on the status of psychological problems in middle school students and evaluated the efficacy of early intervention. Methods 508 middle school students by means of cluster sampling were measured by some evaluated tools,whlch including Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) and Egma Minnen av Bardndosnauppforstran (EMBU). These students were randomly assigned either as the control group (n =260) or as the study group (n =248) ,the study group was given intervention measures while control group was given nothing and to evaluate the effectiveness of early intervention for 18 months. Results After intervention ,the discovery rate of psychological problems in interventional group was 18.99% and control group was 18. 11% ;two years later respectively were 9.57% and 16.12% ,Intervention group was significantly lower (P 〈0.05) and the control group had no statistical significance to reduce(P 〉0. 05). Intervention group after the intervention of the factor scores in addition to anxiety,depression, terrorism, mental illness,the other factor scores of the significance (P 〈 0. 05) ; EMBU,in the study group were lower than the scores in the control group,the difference was significant(P 〈0. 05). Conclusion The intervention measures which were early taken were effective to reduce the prevalence of mental health problems.
