摘要
维A酸是维生素A的一种高活性衍生物。已证实其具有广泛生物活性,对多种肿瘤细胞具有促进凋亡、抑制生长和诱导分化的作用,这与细胞核内的维A酸受体表达有关。维A酸受体结合于DNA的维A酸应答元件,调节靶基因的转录,发挥抑制肿瘤细胞生长和诱导分化的作用。维A酸核受体基因启动子区域发生去甲基化导致其表达受抑制,与肿瘤的增殖、分化和肿瘤细胞的恶性度有密切的关系。就维A酸受体在妇科肿瘤中的表达做文献综述。
Retinoid, a group of structural and functional analogs of vitamin A, are known to regulate a large number of essential biological processes and to suppress carcinogenesis. The effects of retinoid are mainly mediated by retinoic acid receptors ,which bind to retinoic acid response element of DNA ,modulate transcription of target genes, are associated with tumorigenesis and induction of its expression, on the other hand, can suppress carcinogenesis. Retinoic acid receptors have a key role in tumorous prolification,differentiation and malignancy.The article reviewed about progress in the research of gynecology oncology of retinoic acid receptor.
