某院2003～2007年抗肿瘤药利用分析

Utilization of Antitumor Drugs in a Hospital During the Period 2003～2007

目的:了解某院抗肿瘤药的利用情况。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,对某院2003～2007年抗肿瘤药的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)等进行统计、分析。结果:该院抗肿瘤药销售金额占药品总销售金额的比例逐年增长,但DDDs的增长势头2007年出现下降。抗肿瘤辅助药销售金额和DDDs连续5年均列第1位,其中抗肿瘤植物药应用呈后来居上之势。结论:开发价廉物美的抗肿瘤辅助用药和抗肿瘤植物药前景广阔。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the utilization of antitumor drugs in a hospital. METHODS： By a retrospective study, the consumption sum and DDDs etc of antitumor drugs in a hospital during the period 2003--2007 were analyzed sta- tistically. RESULTS： The proportion of the consumption sum of antitumor drugs in the total increased year on year, but the DDDs of antitumor drugs decreased in 2007, leading the list in terms of consumption sum and DDDs over the 5 years were antitumor assistant drugs, of which, the antitumor herbal medicine assumed a tendency of latecomer surpassing the early starters. CONCLUSION： There is great potential to develop antitumor assistant drugs and antitumor herbal medicine of good quality and low prices.
