摘要
水库地震震源浅，烈度高，衰减慢。震级３．０级以下地震烈度明显偏高，基本以Ⅵ度为限。３．０级以上地震烈度偏高不明显。水库地震致灾主要是发生４．５级以上破坏性的诱发地震。
