摘要
灰色文献性质的过渡性使其版权有模糊性,使得在灰色文献使用中容易发生侵权现象。本文分析了高校教学和科研中对灰色文献侵权行为"无心之失"和"明知故范"两种性质不同的情况,说明灰色文献版权意识养成教育的必要性和重要性,并提出了培养师生版权意识的对策。
The transitionality of the grey literature makes the copyright ambiguous, hence the infringement of copyright when the grey literature is cited. This paper analyzes two situations where the infringement of the grey literature is caused by unintentional mistakes or deliberate tort in teaching and research of the universities. The analysis implies the necessity and significance of the cultivation of the copyright consciousness of the grey literature, and provides the strategies to develop the sense of grey literature protection.
