摘要
抓好村镇工程质量安全关系到新农村建设发展的大局,文章对新形势下村镇建设工程监管工作中存在的困难和问题进行了分析,并提出了新时期加强村镇工程质量安全管理的意见。
The quality and safety of township project concerns the overall situation of the New Countryside Construction practised in China. The article puts forward the author＇s opinions on strengthening quality and safety management of the township project based on the analysis of the existing difficulties and problems.
