文章从建设工程代建制的涵义、工程代建制与工程项目管理的区别、建设工程代建制的本质与依据、代建单位的职能及有关各方之间的关系、工程代建制的优点几个方面论述工程代建制的本质内涵。
The article expounds construction agent system from aspects such as what this system means, its differences from project management and its essence and basis; the role that the construction agent plays, the obligation and relationship of the agent with the other parties; as well as the merits of the system.
