异戊二烯和苯乙烯阳离子共聚合成研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用阳离子聚合法,以异戊二烯、苯乙烯为单体合成了低分子量的共聚物,探讨了催化剂种类、催化剂用量、反应温度、单体浓度、单体配比、反应时间等条件对聚合反应的影响,对合成产物进行了IR及热重分析。研究表明,较佳的聚合条件为,催化剂用量为单体质量的50%、催化剂(AlCl3)与助催化剂(CCl3COOH)=1:1(mol比)、反应温度为20℃、单体用量为溶剂与单体体积的30.8%、异戊二烯:苯乙烯=3:1(体积比)、反应时间为45min,在此工艺条件下,其转化率达100%。 Low molecular weight copolymer was synthesized by using the monomer of isoprene and styrene and employed cationic polymerization. The impact of some factors such as the type and amount of catalyst, temperature and time of reaction, concentration and ratio of monomer and other conditions were discussed. The product was analysed by IR and TGA. The results showed that the conversion rate was up to 100%under the amount of catalyst for the quality of monomer was50%, catalyst (AlCl3) and cocatalyst (CCl3COOH) at the molar ratio of 1to 1, the temperature of reaction was 20℃, the consumption of monomer for the volume of monomer and solvent was 30.8 %, the volume ratio of isoprene and styrene was 3 to 1 ,the time of reaction was 45min .
