摘要
以N,N’-二甲基乙酰胺为试剂,以碳化硅为增强体,钛酸丁酯为分散剂,正硅酸酯为修饰剂,控制亚胺化过程,制成聚酰亚胺复合材料;采用X-射线衍射、UV、傅立叶红外变换表征性能。结果表明,无机小分子在PI基体中成键良好、晶体机体结构分布正常、均匀,材料对紫外光有优越的吸收性能。
The polyimide composite Materials is made of DMAC,SiC,Tetraethyl or thosilioate, Butyl titanate by the control imidization process.By SME,UV-visible spectrum, Fourier Transform Infrared. The results show that the Inorganic small molecules is dispersed into PI matrix very uniform & good,and the composite materials is absorption very superior to UV,and this materials is more low dielectric constant.
