摘要 为实现矿井采煤工作面在掘进准备期间就可进行综采设备安装工作,以保证矿井正常生产接续,基于综采放顶煤工作面巷道工程设计、所安装综采设备选型和安装前的准备工作基础上,介绍了综放工作面切眼巷道分阶段安装前后输送机、采煤机、液压支架、带式输送机、转载机和端头支架等综采设备过程,解决了综放工作面在切眼独头巷道掘进的同时,局部通风、端头安装空间不足和排放采空水等特殊条件下综采设备安全快速安装的安全技术问题。 In order to do the fully mechanized coal mining equipment work during the driving and preparation period of the coal mining face in the mine and to ensure the mine normal production continued, base on the gateway engineering design of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face and the preparation works before the selection and installation of the fully mechanized mining equipment, the paper introduced the face conveyor, coal shearer, hydraulic powered supports, belt conveyor, stage loader, face end supports and others before and after the stage installations along with open-off cut of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face. The safety technical problems of the safety and rapid installation for the fully mechanized coal mining equipment were solved under the dead driving gateway of the open-off cut, local ventilation, limited installation space of the face end, goaf water drainage and other special conditions.
