摘要
在分析综采工作面旋转式开采现状基础上,深入研究了综采工作面旋转开采技术,并结合郭二庄煤矿开采实践,分析了综采工作面旋转式开采工艺,提出工作面旋转开采安全技术措施。实践结果表明:多次连续旋转开采,提高了资源采出率;减少3次搬家倒面,节省搬家倒面费用达上百万元;实现一次连续推进,减少巷道掘进工程量,进而缓解了采掘衔接的紧张局面,实现了综采工作面高产高效。该技术拓宽了综采工艺的适用范围,为综合机械化旋转开采积累了经验。
Based on the analysis on the rotary mining status of the fully mechanized longwall coal mining face, the paper had a detail study on the rotary mining technology of the fully mechanized longwall coal mining face. In combined with the coal mining practices in Guo' erzhuang Mine, the paper analyzed the rotary mining technique and provided the safety technical measures for the rotary mining of the fully mechanized coal mining face. The practical results showed that the multi continued rotary mining could improve the coal resource recovery rate and could reduce the three equipment removing of the coal mining faces. Therefore, the connection tension between the mining and driving could be released and the high production and high efficiency of the fully mechanized coal mining face could be realized. This technology expanded the application scope of the fully mechanized coal mining technique and had set up the experiences of the fully mechanized rotary mining.
