摘要
目的比较两种自锁托槽与正畸弓丝之间的摩擦力的大小。方法使用两种自锁托槽系统:弹簧夹式的Sm artc lip)以及仓门式的Damon X托槽,正畸弓丝为0.014吋的镍钛丝,以及(0.019×0.025)吋的不锈钢丝,对两种托槽和两种弓丝分别搭配进行测试。用Instron力学测试机记录其滑动摩擦力进行统计学分析。结果Sm artc lip托槽在槽沟未直线化时镍钛丝排齐阶段,相对Damon托槽表现出更大的摩擦力(P<0.05);而在槽沟直线化后不锈钢矩形钢丝滑动阶段,两种自锁托槽表现出了相似的低摩擦力(P>0.05)。结论镍钛丝与两种自锁托槽的摩擦力具有差异,而矩形不锈钢丝与两种自锁托槽的摩擦力无差异。
Objective To compare the frictional force between two types of self- ligation bracket and 2 kind of archwires. Methods Smartclip ( 3M ) and Damon X (Ormco) self - ligation brackets, both of them with a slot size of 0. 022 x0. 028 inch. NiTi wire(0. 014 inch) combined with malaligned bracket slot to simulate the situation of aligning the malaligned teeth. Rectangular stainless steel wire(0. 019 ~ 0. 025 inch) are used to simulate the situation of space closure with sliding me- chanics. The results are statistically analyzed. Results During the aligning process, the Damon has a significant lower frictional force than that of the smartclip (P 〈 0. 05). During the process of sliding mechanics, both self ~ ligation-brackets exahibite similar level of frictional force (P. 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Damon self - ligation brackets may have a lower frictional force than smartclip, but not in process of closing extraction space with sliding mechanics.
