This article aims to explore the common platform design which can be usecl tor training ano testing in the urban railway control system. The training of personnel and technical equipment development will require a platform for R ＆ D in urban railway systems, and these two functions into one platform, is an economical and efficient program. This article explores such a possibility, and tries to give the design concept. Constructing an integrated platform for training professionals, with the functions of product developing and simulation supporting, is entirely possible, and the platform has functional and economic advantages.
