摘要 目的:CD1s是一种可以识别脂质抗原的特殊分子,在多种自身免疫病中发挥了重要作用。本实验研究Graves病(GD)患者外周血淋巴细胞及单核细胞中CD1s(CD1a、CD1b、CD1c、CD1d)的表达。方法:取33例GD患者作为试验组,另取17例正常人为对照组,用流式细胞仪检测其外周血淋巴细胞和单核细胞中CD1s+表达细胞的百分数,并同时使用微量放射免疫法检测GD患者的甲状腺功能(FT3、FT4、TSH)。结果:GD患者外周血淋巴细胞及单核细胞中CD1a+表达的细胞百分数较对照组显著升高(P<0.05),而CD1b+、CD1c+及CD1d+表达的细胞百分数与正常对照组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CD1c+与FT3、FT4间呈显著正相关。结论:部分CD1s在GD患者中的表达较正常对照组升高,这将为我们探究GD的发病机制提供了一条新的途径。 Objective : As a molecule recognizing lipid antigen, CD1 s play an important role in autoimmune diseases. The aim of this study is to investigate CD1 expression in lymphocytes and mononuclear cells of peripheral blood in patients with Graves' s disease (GD). Methods: The percentages of CD1s + cells in the peripheral blood of 44 GD patients and 18 normal controls were detected by flow cy- tometry. Results: The GD patients showed a significantly increased percentage of CD1a+ cells compared with the normal controls, and the percentage of CD1c+ ceils was significantly correlated with serum FT3 and FT4. Conclusion: The expression of CD1s+ cells in the peripheral blood is significantly increased in GD patients, which gives a new insight into the pathogenesis of GD.
