摘要
用二维核磁共振并结合X-光单晶衍射的方法,对hTNFαDa在溶液中的构象和它的稳定性进行了初步的探讨.结果表明,当尿素浓度为5mol·L-1时,hTNFαDa逐步解聚为单体和无规线团;NMR弛豫实验也证实了在尿素作用下,hTNFαDa的构象发生了变化.
Using 2D NMR in combination with X-ray single crystal diffraction method, we have studied preliminary the con formation of the native hTNFαDa and its stability in solu- tion. The results show that hTNFαDa is dissociated into monomer and random coil gradually when the urea concentration is about 5 mol. L-1,and NMR relaxation measurement also confirms this conformation change under the action of urea.
