MEBT/MEBO治疗四肢关节皮肤擦挫伤56例临床体会

Clinical Experience in Treating 56 Cases of Skin Abrasion and Contusion in the Region of Limb and Joints with MEBT/MEBO.

目的:总结MEBT/MEBO治疗四肢关节皮肤擦挫伤的治疗效果。方法:56例外伤性四肢关节皮肤擦挫伤采用湿润医疗技术(MEBT/MEBO)治疗。结果:Ⅱ度擦伤病人于12天～20天愈合,Ⅲ度擦挫伤于20天～35天愈合。部分瘢痕愈合,关节均无功能障碍。结论:MEBT/MEBO治疗四肢关节皮肤擦挫伤,创面愈合率高,无疼痛,无关节功能障碍,是目前治疗该类疾病有效方法之一。

Objective： To summarize clinical effect of treating skin abrasion and contusion in the region of limb and joints with MEBT/MEBO. Method： 56 cases of skin abrasion and contusion in the region of limb and joints were treated with MEBT/MEBO. Results： Wound healing time of the patients with second degree of skin abrasion and contusion was from 12 to 20 days, while third degree was from 20 clays to 35 days. Only some wounds healed with sear, but no dysfunc tion observed. Conclusion： MEBT/MEBO is one of the most effective method for treating skin abrasion and contusion in the region of limb and joints with higher wound healing rate, painless and no dysfunction.
