棚式袋装发酵法生产有机肥技术研究初报

Studies on technic of producing organic fertilizer in shedding bag zymotechnics

对传统条垛发酵、棚式条垛发酵、一般袋式发酵、棚式袋装发酵法进行了堆料外观、堆料温度、堆料全N、全C、C/N变化等对比试验和成本效益分析。结果表明,棚式袋装发酵法能较好地解决堆肥发酵过程中通气、温度、水分的调控问题,具有堆制时间较短、保肥性较好、除臭效果好、腐熟化、无害化程度高、堆肥质量优等优点,且该法能充分利用太阳能和生物好氧发酵自身产生的热量自然干燥,可免去翻抛、烘干设备,投资成本低、运行和维护费用省、技术工艺方便易行,适合于中小型商品有机肥生产企业和养殖场的粪便就地无害化处理。

The text had been carried through contrast experimentation on transformation of facade piling stuff, temperature of facade piling stuff, transformation of piling stuff whole N, whole C, C/N, and so on, and analysis on cost and benefit for the traditional buttress ferment, the shedding buttress ferment, the common bagging ferment and the shedding bag zymotechnics. Results indicated that the producing organic fertilizer in shedding bag zymotechnics possess merits of piling time short, effect on deodorization fine, corrupting and innocuity degree high, dunghill quality excellent, and so on. And that the technic possesses having no use for heaving and drying equipments, low investment, running and maintenance cost low and convenience easy craftwork, adapt to some scale hoggery that produces organic fertilizer on the spot with pig dung.
