96例膝关节镜下手术后病人的康复护理

Rehabilitation nursing care of 96 patients undergoing operation under knee joint arthroscope

[目的]观察膝关节镜下手术病人进行康复训练的效果,总结其康复护理措施。[方法]回顾性分析96例膝关节镜下手术治疗病人的临床资料。[结果]术后随访时间3个月-15个月,Lysholm膝关节功能评分,术后平均71.0分±13.6分,其中优56例,良35例,中5例;无一例发生切口延迟愈合、关节感染发生及粘连等并发症。[结论]加强膝关节镜术后病人的康复护理可明显提高病人的手术治疗效果,利于关节功能恢复。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of rehabilitation training on patients undergoing operation under knee joint arthroscope, and to summarize nursing measures for them. Methods： Clinical data of 96 patients undergoing operation under knee joint arthroscope were analyzed retrospectively. Results：Patients have been followed up for 3 to 15 months after operation. The postoperative averageLysholm knee joint function score was 71.0±13.6. Among all, 56 cases were excellent, 35 cases were good, 5 cases were middle. None developed complications such as delayed incision healing,joint infection and adhesions. Conclusion：To strengthen rehabilitation nursing for patients undergoing operation under knee joint arthroscope can enhance their curative effect and is profit for the recovery of their joint function.
