摘要
[目的]观察开放式管理对精神分裂症病人社会康复的影响。[方法]90例精神分裂症病人随机分为两组,观察组40例,对照组50例,观察组采取开放式管理,对照组采用传统封闭式管理。病人入院和出院后4周进行社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)评定。[结果]观察组出院后4周SDSS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]开放式管理有利于精神分裂症病人的社会康复。
Objective： To observe the influence of open--type management on social rehabilitation of schizophrenia patients. Methods：A total of 90 schizophrenia patients were randomly divided into observation group （40 cases） and control group （50 cases）. Patients of observation group accepted open-style management. Patients of control group were accepted traditional closed type management. All patients were assessed by social-function deficiency screening scale （SDSS） at four weeks after admitting and discharging respectively. Results： The SDSS score of observation group cases after discharging was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Open-type management is profit for social rehabilitation of schizophrenia patients.
