摘要
讨论了基于全球卫星定位系统(GPS)高精度定时技术的电力系统广域测量系统(WAMS)中实时数据通信问题。为了满足电力系统实时决策和紧急控制对实时性和可靠性的要求,结合工程思想,从物理媒介、骨干网络、组网技术、协议体系等方面对构建WAMS通信网络平台进行分析设计。其中网络设计采用复合网络拓扑,通信协议采用IP协议,组网模式选用IP over WDM。同时,还对网络延时进行了分析。从而确定设计的通信网络能满足WAMS对实时数据交换的要求。
This paper discusses the real-time data communication problem in the GPS-based power systems wide-area measurement system. To meet the real-time and reliability requirements of real-time analysis and emergency control of power systems, this paper analyzes and designs the WAMS communication infrastructure which are from physical medium, backbone networks, network technology and communication protocol. In this method, the multi-ethernet protocol is adopted in communication net design. The IP protocol is used as communication protocol. The IP over WDM is used in network model. The net delay is also discussed.
