Conception of Good Governance and Its Achieving:An Analytical Framework

在俞可平教授将善治概念引入我国之后,善政理念又重新引起了人们的关注。从内涵而言,亚里士多德对善的伦理学意义进行精确界定之后,善政理念的政治学涵义也就呼之欲出了。善政意味着为民众提供一种良善的生活,民众则成为了善政实现程度的评判者,充分体现了以人为本的理念。对于我国和谐社会的构建而言,善政理念的实现需要民主政治建设的不断加强、政治透明的进一步提高,以及民众高度的政治参与。

After professor YU Ke -ping introduced the concept of good governance in China, the concept of good governance once again attracted attention. From the connotation of the term, Aristotle gave a precise definition of ethics, good governance, political science, philosophy of the meaning of it is apparent. Good governance is meant for the public to provide a good life, then people become good governance to achieve the level of judges, and fully reflect the people - oriented concept. For our country to build a harmonious society, the realization of the concept of good governance, there is need to continue to strengthen the building of democratic politics, to further enhance the transparency of pelitical, as well as the people of a high degree of political participation.
