物流活动网络系统化是现代物流发展的总体趋势,区域物流成为现代物流网络系统化的体现。区域物流作为区域经济社会的一个子系统,是实现区域经济社会发展要素的整合、协调和优化的重要途径。福建省在全面建设海峡西岸经济区的进程中,亟需构建综合物流枢纽中心、区域物流枢纽中心和城市物流枢纽中心有机结合的多层次、多功能区域物流网络系统,形成高效有序的各种经济要素集聚扩散平台,加快海峡西岸经济区建设步伐,推进"海西先行"政策的深入开展。

Network systematization of logistics activities is the overall trend of the development of modern logistics. Regional logistics becomes the embodiment of systematization of modern logistics network. It is considered that regional logistics as a subsystem of regional economic society is the important ways to implement integration, coordination and optimization of the social development elements of regional economic. In the process of comprehensively constructing the west side of the Straits economic district, Fujian province urgently need to build multi - purpose regional logistics network system which integrated logistics hub, regional logistics hub and logistics hub cities organically. It will build a proliferation of platform of highly efficient and orderly various economic elements; accelerate the pace of building economic zone of westside of the Straits. The ＂Haixi first＂ policy will be promoted thoroughly.
