摘要
目的观察灵芝三七降脂片对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂水平的影响。方法高脂饲料喂饲2周建立高脂血症大鼠模型,然后连续给予模型大鼠阳性药血脂康及灵芝三七降脂片高、低两剂量4周,测定大鼠体重和血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)以及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的含量。结果给予高脂饲料后大鼠体重和血脂显著升高,灵芝三七降脂片能够明显降低喂饲高脂饲料小鼠血清TC,TG及LDL-C含量,并提高HDL-C含量。结论灵芝三七降脂片对高脂血症模型大鼠具有明显的降血脂作用。
Objective To explore the effect of Lingzhi Sanqi Jiangzhi Tablet on reducing serum lipid in experimental hyperlipidemic rat mode. Methods The rats were fed with high-fat diet for 2 weeks to establish the hyperlipidemic model, then Xuezhikang, Lingzhi Sanqi Jiangzhi Tablet high and low doses were given to the rats orally for 4 weeks. The body weight and the serum TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C were detected at the end of 4 weeks. Results The rats developed hyperlipidemia with high serum lipid level. Lingzhi Sanqi Jiangzhi Tablet has obvious effects of reducing the contents of TG, TC, LDL-C and increasing the content of HDL-C. Conclusion Lingzhi Sanqi Jiangzhi Tablet has the therapeutical effects on experimental hyperlipidemia in rats.
