摘要
目的观察和胃合剂对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的治疗作用,为临床治疗和应用提供实验依据。方法以水杨酸钠法复制CAG模型,应用免疫组织化学方法观察和胃合剂对模型大鼠胃黏膜病理变化的影响。结果和胃合剂能明显改善胃黏膜的萎缩状况,与模型组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论该方药治疗CAG具有良好的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Hewei-Decotion in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG）. Methods CAG model of mouse was made by （）. The mice were randomly divided into three groups including normal control, CAG and Hewei-Deeoction intervention group. The change of gastritic mucous membrane with CAG in the mice were observed. Results After the treatment of Hewei-Decotion, the change of gastritie mucous membrane were obviously improved. Conclusion Hewei-Deeotion has satiefactory effect in treating CAG.
