川芎嗪联合依那普利治疗早期糖尿病肾病

Ligustrazine joint enalapril treatment early diabetic nephropathy

目的探讨川芎嗪联合依那普利治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效及安全性。方法将本院120例早期DN患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用川芎嗪和依那普利。结果治疗组的总有效率93.3%,显著高于对照组的75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组均未见出血、皮疹及呼吸困难病例。结论川芎嗪与依那普利联用治疗早期DN,能起相互协同增效作用,防止DN的进一步恶化,值得临床推广应用。

Objective Discuss lignstrazine joint enalapril treatment early diabetic nephropathy efficacy and safety. Methods 120 cases of early DN were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in our hospital, control group were treatment conventional, treatment group added to take ligustrazine and enala- pril. Results treatment group total effective rate was 93.3%, significantly higher than treatment group＇ s 75.0%, there were significant differences（P 〈0. 05）, two groups were no bleeding, skin rashes and breathing difficulties in case. Conclusion Ligustrazine joint enalapril treatment early diabetic nephropathy, can play each other synergies, prevent DN further deterioration, Worthy clinical application.
