Synthesis Application of Physical Agent in Treatment on Temporomandibular Joint Function Disorder

目的探讨超声波与超短波联合治疗颞颌关节功能紊乱的临床效果。方法选取2008年1月至2008年12月间在本院门诊治疗的颞颌关节功能紊乱患者84例,随机分为观察组和对照组;观察组采用超声波与超短波联合治疗,对照组采用传统药物治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为97.62%,对照组为80.95%,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在张口受限、弹响、绞锁、关节静止疼痛及关节应力疼痛方面改善人数明显多于对照组,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声波和超短波联合治疗颞颌关节功能紊乱疗效明显优于传统药物,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To invesgate the clinical effect of physical agent synthesis application in treatment on temporomandibular joint function disorder. Methods 84 cases with temporomandibular joint function disorder in ambulatory treatment from January in 2008 to December in 2008 were divided into the observation group and the control group. The cases in observation group received ultrasonic wave combine with ultrashort wave treament, and the cases in the control group received traditional drug treament. Results The total effective rate was 97. 62% in the observation grotip and was 80. 95% in the control group, and there was significent difference between two group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The symptoms of limitation of mouth opening, snap, twist, pain of joint in quiescence and stress forceing in the observation group improved more obviously than those in the control group, and there was signifieent difference between two group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The effect of ultrasonic wave combine with ultrashort wave treament is more obvious than that of traditional drugs treament, which is worth being utilized widely.
