目的总结治疗Pilon骨折的方法和治疗效果。方法自2001年2月至2006年8月,治疗Pilon骨折72例,男42例,女30例,开放骨折16例,闭合骨折56例,根据Ruedi-Allgower分类,Ⅱ型骨折34例,Ⅲ型骨折38例。对开放骨折采用外固定架结合有限内固定治疗,闭合骨折采用切开复位内固定治疗。应用Bourne标准对疗效进行评价。结果随访时间8～54个月,平均24个月。72例疗效为:优39例,良24例,可7例,差2例,优良率87.5%。结论采用外固定架结合有限内固定治疗开放性Pi-lon骨折,切开复位内固定治疗闭合性Pilon骨折可取得较满意的骨折复位和临床疗效。

Objective Concluded Pilon fracture treatment methods and treatment. Conclusion The external fixator with limited internal fixation for open Pilon fractures, open reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of closed Pilon fracture can be made more satisfied with the fracture reduction and clinical efficacy.
