血清脂蛋白(a)水平与高脂血症表型之间的关系

The Relation Between The Serum Level of Lipoprotein(a) and The phenotypes of Hyperlipoproteinema

为检测不同表型高脂血症（ＨＬ）患者脂蛋白（ａ）〔ＬＰ（ａ）〕的血清水平，用ＥＬＩＳＡ方法检测了２４７名ＨＬ患者ＬＰ（ａ）血清水平；结果显示：样本组中家族性高胆固醇血症（ＦＨ）、Ⅱａ型ＨＬ患者的Ｌｐ（ａ）血清水平有增高的趋势；患有高甘油三脂血症如Ⅰ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ型ＨＬ的ＬＰ（ａ）水平比正常组显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）；患有高ＴＣ和高ＴＧ血症患者的ＬＰ（ａ）水平介于以上二者之间。结论：在不同类型的原发性高脂血症中，其中ＬＰ（ａ）血清水平也不同，二者之间可能存在有一定的关系；

In order to determining the serum lipoprotein(a) level in different phenotypes of primary hyperlipoprotein(HL),serum cholesterol and triglyceride levels were determined enzymatically,and high-density lipoproaein cholesterol(HDL-C) level was measured by the heparin-Mn 2+ precipitation method,serum Lp(a) concentrations were determined by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The results showed that serum Lp(a) concentration in familial hypercholesterolemia(FH) and type Ⅱ a HL subjects tended to be higher than in the controls (p<0.05).In contrast,most of the subject with selective hypertriglyceridemia had a lower serum Lp(a) levels than in the controls(p<0.05).In summary,the present study demonstrated that serum Lp(a) levels differ in different phenotypes of primary HL.The precise mechanism underlying the possible association between the two remains to be addressed in future studies.
