高效液相色谱法测定感冒止咳颗粒中黄芩苷含量

Determination of baicalin in Ganmaozhike granules by HPLC

目的建立感冒止咳颗粒中黄芩苷含量测定方法。方法采用UltimateTM XB-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×200mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.4%磷酸(50:50);流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长:277nm;柱温:40℃。结果黄芩苷的线性范围为0.058～1.16μg(R2=1.000),平均回收率为99.54%,RSD=0.85%(n=6)。结论该方法准确可靠、简单快速,可用于感冒止咳颗粒质量控制。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for content determination of Ganmaozhike gran- ules. Methods The separation was performed with an UltimateTM XB-C18 column （4. 6 mm × 200 mm, 5 μm）and the mobile phase was methol-0.4% phosphoric acid（50 ： 50）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the wavelength of detection was 277 nm. The column temperature was 40℃. Results The liner range of baicalin was 0. 058 - 1.16 μg（ R2 = 1. 000） and the average recovery was 99. 54%, RSD = 0. 85% （ n = 6 ）. Conclusion This method is accurate,simple and can be used for the quality control of Ganmaozhike granules.
