摘要
长株潭"两型"社会建设要求加强生态城市群建设。长沙、株洲、湘潭在建设生态城市中各自优势明显,但市民生态道德意识缺失,政府在如何协调建设城市群方面经验不足。应该进一步运用循环经济理念,调整产业结构和布局,加强生态环境建设和市民生态道德教育,着力建设好长株潭生态城市群。
The Construction of a erving, environment-friendly society requires strengthening the ecological construction of urban agglomeration. Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan have their own advantages in the construction of ecological city, but citizens lack ecological ethic awareness and the government is inexperienced coordinate the urban agglomeration. We should further use the recycling economic principle, adjust the industrial structure and layout, strengthen ecological environment construction and ecological ethics education of citizens, and strive to build Changsha-Zhuzhou- Xiangtan ecological urban agglomeration.
