林农对生态林效益补偿的受偿意愿及影响因素分析——基于福建省集体林区林农调查的实证研究

Analysis of Forest Farmers' Compensation WTA for Eco-forest and Influential Factors:An empirical study based on survey of the forest farmers in the forested area in Fujian province

基于福建集体林区三明市永安、南平市邵武、光泽三地进行的林农实地调查数据,研究林农对生态林效益补偿的受偿意愿,并运用累积Logistic和多元回归模型分析受偿意愿的影响因素。分析结果显示:林农的特殊经历、环保意识、信息获得程度、家庭土地面积、不同区域对林农的生态效益受偿意愿有显著影响。所以,不同地方应实施不同的生态公益林补偿标准,护林员选择要有所考察和偏重,补偿金亟待增加,补偿方式有待创新。

Based on the survey of rural households in Yong'an,Shaowu,Guangze of Fujian Province,we analyze forest farmers'compensation WTA for eco-forest and factors affecting WTA values by Logistic regression models.The analysis results show that farmer's experience,concept of environment protection,information collection,family forest area,and region variety had large influence on WTA.Therefore,different compensation standards of the ecological public welfare forest should be applied in different places,the employment of prevention guards should be necessarily examined and reasonably emphasized,the compensation are urgently to he increased and the compensation ways are to be innovated.
