新时期中印竹业技术合作问题研究——赴印度实施联合国竹类技术合作项目的几点思考

Research into the Bamboo Technical Collaboration between China and India in New Times:Reflections upon implementing the U N.bamboo technical collaboration project in India

中印两国开展竹类技术合作交流经过了三个主要阶段,即传统手工艺交流阶段、营林引种阶段、规模化合作与交流阶段。目前中印两国竹类技术合作已经入新的合作时期,应该进一步加强两国之间的了解与合作,利用国际优势开展国际间的技术开发,加强贸易往来,扩大中国竹类技术产品在印度的市场份额,加强双方之间的学术交流,谋求共同发展。

The Sino-India bamboo technical collaboration exchange has experienced three main stages： the traditional handicraft exchange stage, the afforestation and introduction stage, and the formalized exchange and cooperation stage. Today it has already gone into the new cooperation times. We should strengthen the understanding and cooperation between two countries, use the international superiority, develop international technical development, enhance the bilateral trade, expand the market share of Chinese bamboo products in India, strengthen the bilateral academic exchanges, and seek the common development.
