摘要
廉政制度创新是基于社会政治、经济环境变化而对廉政制度做出的适应性调整,而一项制度的成本和收益则决定了这项制度创新的价值与成败。探究廉政制度创新的制度成本和制度收益,从而为创新廉政制度提供判断其科学性、合理性的依据,以完善我们的廉政制度。
Honest government system innovation is a kind of adjust for nation＇s changing political and economic circumstance, and one of systems supply and demand decided by it＇s costs and incomes. This paper aims to search the costs and incomes of honest government system innovation to find a way to differentiate the incorruption system＇ seientifieity and rationality, and perfect the incorruption system.
