中国留学生回国率不足三成被引量：1

摘要日前，教育部召开新闻发布会。介绍我国教育对外开放的情况。教育部国际合作与交流司司长张秀琴介绍说，改革开放30年间，我国公费、自费等各类出国留学生总数达到139．15万人，其中仍然留在海外的有近100万人。只有39万人归国，回国率仅为28％。
