三维适形放疗结合奈达铂同步化疗治疗晚期溃疡型食管癌

Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with simultaneous Nedaplatin-based chemotherapy for advanced and ulcerative esophageal cancer

目的探讨晚期溃疡型食管癌安全，有效的治疗手段。方法采取三维适形放疗结合奈达铂同步化疗对25例晚期溃疡型食管癌患者进行治疗。结果所有患者全部，顺利地完成了治疗过程，有效率达100％，未出现严重并发症和严重毒副反应。结论三维适形放疗结合奈达铂同步化疗较其他形式，其他化疗药的同期放、化疗治疗晚期溃疡型食管癌疗效好，安全性高，患者能够耐受。

Objective Explore the safe and effective treatment measure for advanced and ulcerative e- sophageal cancer. Methods 25 cases suffured from advanced and nlceratived esophageal cancer had been trea- ted by three-dimensionl conformal radiotherapy combined with simultaneous Nedaplatin-based chemotherapy. Results All patients had completed successfully treatment process and the effective rate was 100% ,No severe complication and severe toxicity. Conclusion Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with simul- taneous Nedaplatin-based chemotherapy compared with the simultaneous radiotherapy combined with chemother- apy of other radiotherapy forms and other chemotherapy drugs to treat advanced and ulcerative esophageal cancer is effective, safe ,The patient can accept.
